About City
A city in central Germany on the Main River, Frankfurt is a major financial center, home to the European Central Bank. Famous writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's birthplace and his former home is now Goethe's House Museum. Like other cities, it was damaged in World War II and then rebuilt.
